This notice explains how Lintil Ltd ("lintil", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you join the early preview through this website. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@lintil.app.
Who we are
Lintil Ltd is the data controller for the information you give us here. We are a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17216673), with a registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at hello@lintil.app.
What we collect
When you join the early preview, we collect what you enter into the form:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your practice name
- Optionally, your answer to "what's hardest about tracking projects right now?"
If you email us, we also keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information to contact you about the lintil early preview and to let you know when we launch, and to understand the problems practices want us to solve. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third parties to run the waitlist and this website on our behalf. Our email platform (Buttondown) stores your details and sends our emails, and our hosting provider serves this site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how this site is used on our behalf (see Cookies and analytics below). These providers only process your information on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe, or until they are no longer needed for the early preview and launch. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time (there is an unsubscribe link in every email)
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of essential cookies to keep it working and to remember your cookie choice. We won't set anything non-essential until you accept. We also load the fonts needed to display the page.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages people visit, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes limited information, such as your approximate location and device type, on our behalf. We do not use this for advertising, and our legal basis for it is your consent.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the cookie notice back.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as lintil develops. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
